Harry the Hack-Hal Lockwood-1947

Not the best art I've ever seen but a  lively story with some fun dialogue. Lockwood we've ran before. He was one of those folks who worked everywhere but rarely got noticed. His best known work was the first ever TV color cartoon, COLONEL BLEEP.
