One-Eyed Jack-John Cooper-1976
This John Wagner strip in the UK weekly, VALIANT, was a tough cop strip inspired in part by the success of Clint Eastwood's Dirty Harry movies. A couple of years later it in turn helped inspire Wagner's Judge Dredd!

GCD tells us this is Moreira, best remembered for his smooth DC art of the 1950s. Here we see him, though, clearly in the thralls of Burne Hogarth's Tarzan and its dynamic anatomy.
