A wordy but entertaining story with some pretty good Caniff-inspired art that GCD suspects might be a restructured Bruce Gentry story, in which case this would likely be Ray Bailey art. Looks like it to me in spots, but mostly not, which might indicate that restructuring.

I don't buy it. Ray Bailey looked more like Ray Bailey in 1955. He also drew better than this, in my opinion.
