Nothing special here except some gorgeous as ever art from Lou Cameron, one of the artists I've discovered by doing this blog and soon to be the subject of a Yoe book!
A friend of mine carried on a correspondence with Lou Cameron back in the 80s. He told many fun stories about making comics in the 50s. I recall Cameron saying that he submitted a job in which he'd drawn a bunch of skulls in the panel borders. The editor loved the skulls and asked for more. So Cameron had a skull drawing turned into a rubber stamp which he used liberally in his horror stories.
I fell in love with Cameron's art as a youngster, reading issues he'd done of Classics Illustrated. It ended up being years before I had a name with which to credit the art.
