The Black Pirate-Arthur Peddy/Bernard Sachs-1948


Arthur Peddy was already a veteran of several companies when he joined National/DC in the 1940s  and while he stayed there on all types of stories for a couple of decades, he still found time to do work for 1950s Timely/Atlas, too.
