Steel Fist-Blue Circle Comics-1945

Here we go again with an obscure but fairly nicely drawn superhero strip and not a clue who created it. This one comes from BLUE CIRCLE COMICS (as opposed to RED CIRCLE COMICS) in 1945, just before the end of the war.
