Although there is a prominent copyright notice for artist Louis Ferstadt, this doesn't look to me like his style and may well have simply been packaged by his studio. Although sources indicate his studio was defunct by 1946, this one-shot comic from Croydon, FUNLAND, may still have been in the works. The Ferstadt studio included a number of other artists including a young Harvey Kurtzman. The title characters here are rather obviously based on the then overwhelming popular radio and screen comedy duo, Abbott and Costello.
