The Firebrand-Charles Sultan-1941

This Christmas-colored hero made his first and only appearance in this issue of YANKEE COMICS apparently. Artist was Charles Sultan, an Eisneresque illustrator who was fairly prolific at Fiction House and Fawcett.

As you say, the artwork is very "Eisneresque", indeed. But, it was still excellent & I enjoyed it very much. Too bad there were no more stories.
