V Man-Ramona Patenaude-1941

Here's one of the lesser-known patriotic heroes of the WW 2 era in a long and exciting adventure from the january, 1942 issue of THE BIG 3, meaning that it was most likely on the stands just as the US had to deal with Pearl Harbor in December, 1941. This Fox strip credits one "Jay Foster"but GCD suggests that it is one Ramona Patenaude, about whom I know as much as I do Jay Foster.
