Jungo the Man Beast-Robert Peterson-1946


If anything, there were more Tarzan clones in early comic books than Mandrake clones. Here's one of the more blatant ones from SPARKLING STARS.

I never cared much for the Tarzan clones -- never a huge fan of Tarzan's, either -- but I always liked Jungo's back-story.
