An odd entry in our DENNIS THE MENACE ripoffs is Pipsqueak here, who, like pAT THE BRAT, had his own series (briefly) from Archie in 1959-60. GCD lists the art on that final issue as by one Walt Lardner so I'm going with that as likely here, even though this is from an Archie giant.

Good Lord! I thought he was a cyclops from that first panel and was so freaked out I couldn't move on even though I desperately wanted to. And did they paste a white patch over the dog's butt for modesty?
