The Unknown-Bernard Klein-1942

We ran a later adventure of this guy last year but at the time he had a shirt on. Here he is, out in the snow but shirtless! And they say BATMAN is crazy!

This guy's first appearance was in National comics, published by Quality. The deal was he had amnesia. Hence, he was "unknown."

BTW I consulted public domain superheroes. It says his major enemy was a Nazi who gained super strength form Cocaine! ah, the golden age.

The picture shows he used a gun.

The final panel seems an acknowledgement of the shoddiness of the story.
