Wizard of the Moon-Al Walker-1947
GCD says that this TOYLAND COMICS story is drawn by one Al Walker, apparently a Fiction House regular with whose work I am not familiar. I quite appreciate it, though. It's a fun fantasy story with some innovative page layouts.
