We haven't had one of these in a while now! Yet another candidate for the WORST drawn comic book story EVER! At some point, we need to set up a competition and solicit votes!

The rendering of Wayne and Clift in the first panel is pretty good, so I have to assume it was done by another artist.
Sweet Baby Jeesus! That there is some horrific stuff! Makes a man yearn for the work of Fletcher Hanks!
