This obscure manic strip from Plastic Man's pappy features a rare instance of comic book nudity! It hails form Crack Comics whose main feature was Captain Triumph, thus the joke in the last panel.
Wonderfully obscure find! Interesting visuals for these characters. Almost a cross between Groucho and Harpo Marx, in make-up. And I've seen Cole draw "himself" before, but this time, the "cartoonist" doesn't look anything like him.
