In stores this week is HOWARD NOSTRAND'S NIGHTMARES, a book I did some work on behind the scenes. Here's one of the artist's best known stories--an EC like comedy/horror version of IVANHOE with lovely Wally Wood swipes throughout! Nostrand was a talented artist on his own but at Harvey was instructed to mimic EC artists.
