The Eagle-Emil Gershwin-1940

Let's revisit our old friend, The Eagle, this time wearing yet again a different costume than his previous appearances here...and not much of one at that. GCD is unsure of Gershwin as artist but it looks the same to me as his DC work on Starman so I'm going with it.

From the expression and posture in 3:2 of the blonde, I'd say that she thinks that the costume suits the Eagle quite well.

I come to this 'blog almost every day, and I especially like finding an entry such as this. I always appreciate stories with this sort of early-golden-age look to them. The living figures are quite well drawn, but there's a noticeable absence of incidental background props and backgrounds, colors seem random (but attractive), and almost every automobile has an airflow body.
