Thunder Bunny-Martin Greim/Brian Buniak-1984

Thunder Bunny was a marvelously enjoyable fan creation that went on to some success in indie comics and a brief mainstream stint at Archie. Lots of fannish references abounded and in this particular installment, even a real live person, critic and collector Don Phelps, seen in the photo at bottom from 10 years before this story. Marty Greim was the publisher of the highly regarded COMIC CRUSADER fanzine and also had a long-running column in TBG. Former underground artist Brian Buniak is now the humor and caricature teacher at the Kubert School.
