I find Bill Discount more an interesting artist than a good one. He seemed willing to experiment frequently and thus came up with some good effects. Had he continued in the business, he may have turned out to be a genuine innovator. As it is, anything with his name on it is worth a look. Interesting apocalyptic effects.
