Wild Bill Pecos-Mort Lawrence-1950

There were literally thousands of western comic book stories produced between 1950 and 1970, about three fourths or more based on the same handful of plots. What makes the western genre so interesting to me is that it contained some of the best art around at the time--Joe Maneely, John Severin, Gray Morrow, Al Williamson, Dick Ayers, Frank Bolle...and here's Mort Lawrence with a nicely drawn tale.
