We started this blog with some early work by Alex Toth. Today we are pleased to revisit this great comics stylist with an even earlier example of his work. This one's a 1948 combination of a sports story, a gangster story and an almost Archie-like teenage comic romance. The text promises further installments but as near as I can tell this may have been the one and only. This was around the time Toth was also making his mark on some of the former All-American characters at National/DC , also so that may well have contributed to the non-contuince of this feature.
