Good stuff. The typo's even apropos seeing as I'm guessing this was in the back of some Dennis the Menace comic and instead of using Hank Ketcham's characters this was all Wiseman (minus the writer, I suppose).
Correct on all fronts. (But I'm gonna fix that typo anyway)
Chub and Screamy Mimi would eventually admit what everyone suspected all along - Punky is Dennis' secret half-brother.
