A clever idea (and title) for a back up feature for Timely's Human Torch but I think this may have been the only time it appeared. The Torch himself didn't appear for much longer in his original run.
A great little HT featurette! But maybe my favorite Human Torch story -- also from 1948, I believe -- was the one where he flew to Jupiter, in a matter of hours!
The artist is Sy Grudko. Sy told me this was his try-out at Timely in 1947, although I never found it. I had lunch with his daughter today and lo and behold, she had a photocopy of the first page with her. The original pages could not be currently located among her family's archives.

That would be this one. https://fourcolorshadows.blogspot.com/2014/09/the-human-torch-mike-sekowsky-1948.html
Yep, that's it! Only I first saw it somehwere as a reprint in the 1970s or 1980s.
