Yesterday, the great Will Eisner--near the very top of anyone's list of the most important men in comics history--would have celebrated his 100th birthday! Although he was much more than the Spirit, it's for that strip that he will forever be remembered. Here are the little-seen "relevant"one-pagers from the 1972 "underground" Spirit comic.
