Hi Steve, Thanks for finding this in Fox's Jo-Jo Comics #2. The GCD doesn't have a clue who Jon Jay was, but they do note the splash page was used as the cover for Bell Features' Teen 'Venture #17. Nobody seems to have a copy, so they can only speculate the story was reprinted in that Canadian comic book.
