Frank Frazetta is perhaps still best known for some of his Conan paintings originally done for the sixties paperback issues of Robert E. Howard's pulp novels. Frazetta, however, had started out as assistant to artist John Giunta whose work we ran here yesterday on THE FLY. Here's Giunta more than a decade earlier--and yet after Frazetta had moved on--with his own obviously Howard-inspired story (credited to Gardner Fox) starring CROM (as in Conan's God) THE BARBARIAN!

Wow!! That was as action packed a 10 pages as I've ever seen. Thanks!!
Seeing this helps one see his influence on his assistant Frazetta.
