Warren Sattler--later the artist on Charlton's YANG--gives us this one page humor feature from DC's abortive TEEN BEAM. The title alone screams out the already obvious fact that it was supposed to make one think of MAD.
I remember DC house ads for Teen Beat #1 and ads for the second issue, renamed Teen Beam. One of DC's shorter-lived titles. I can't even recall if I bought either one.

It's not as cartoony as the style Sattler used on "Grubby," the comic strip he drew for Al Smith Features.
