The Eyes of Death-Pat Boyette-1969

Pat Boyette was one of the great Charlton artists who followed editor Dick Giordano to DC back in the late sixties. Unlike Jim Aparo, though, Pat's unique style just didn't seem to fit, although what little work he did while there was certainly choice!

I have always loved Boyette's work, one of the few things I got right when I was a youngster. The atmosphere in his work is sterling and absolutely unique.
