Dirinda-Sweet Sixteen-1948


This art style looks oddly familiar but I can't quite place it. Dave Breger-esque but I don't think it's him.

Looks like Vic Herman, who did a number of similar strips like Winnie the Waitress (which you re-presented not too long ago.
