In some ways similar to The Shadow or The Green Lama, this guy (aka Invisible Hood or Hooded Justice) was well-drawn by the pseudonymous Art Gordon who added a little semi-explicitness for its day, withe the heroine chained up and stripped down to her bra! Oh my!
