Mister Magoo-Magoo's Cuise-1961

Another unknown cartoonist here but an impressive one. A lot of times these movie/TV/cartoon adaptations skimped on the panel detail and backgrounds but not this guy. Nice storytelling skills and nice, filled but not overly busy panels.
