A mildly amusing spoof of the long-running TV panel show, WHAT'S MY LINE? John Daly and Dorothy Kilgallen are recognizable but get little to do. The long-haired, condescending intellectual guy is probably supposed to be early panelist Louis Untermeyer.

Some fun, unique cartooning there!
Disney used the "What's My Crime" parody title for some a surprisingly sharp satirical sequence in One Hundred and One Dalmatians (1961).
The wild-haired intellectual is actually based on playwright George S. Kaufman.
