Here we see the little known story of Marvel's earliest attempt at a feature length theatrical film starring some of the company's most popular characters. As you'll see, it didn't work out and it would be some five decades or so before another attempt finally succeeded.

From looking at the first panel, I assumed this was gonna be about that first Hulk flick! Another misleading splash page - typical!!!
Let's see - an MGM-type studio adapts a popular comic to film, and it ends in disaster. It could only be a thinly veiled account of the short-lived "The Captain and the Kids" series.
