Beanie the Meanie-Al Fago (?)-1959


Here we see a pretty amusing DENNIS THE MENACE clone from the year in which I was born. Published by Al Fago's Fago Publications, it's presumably by Al Fago and is credited to Al Fago with a question mark at GCD.
