Page 5 of this story features one of Dr. Wertham's best known examples of what he called the "seduction of the innocent." See the end for the clip from Wertham's book. I first saw the image in an issue of THE MONSTER TIMES but I guess I was a child who didn't know "how to look" because I was nearly an adult before I ever even figured out what the doctor's dirty mind thought he was seeing in that panel!

I'm still not seeing it. I see a close up of a man's deltoid and trapezius muscles obscuring the abdomen of a jungle girl in the background. Perhaps I don't know "how to look"?
