Happy Days-1979

Some lovely, if anonymous cartooning here. Anyone? Although literally NONE of the characters look all that much like who they're supposed to be, it's good--and somewhat familiar--stuff. I just can't place it.

    The drawing reminds me somewhat of Bill Williams(?).
