Although seemingly yet another DENNIS THE MENACE-inspired strip, the always amusing LI'L JINX actually predates Hank Ketcham's panel by several years. Said to be likewise inspired by artist Joe Edwards' own family, the strip ran for decades as a perennial backup, only a few times getting its own one-shot titles. An older version of the character popped up in 2012 in a (brief?) revival.
