Here's another humorous take on superheroes, this one looking for all the world to me like a young Elmer Fudd. Said in the story to be only 16 months old, he looks more like 6 or 7 years to me. Some amusing art and a few funny gags lead to a rather anticlimactic ending and the whole thing feels like you've just watched a cartoon!
