From Charlton Comics' version of MAD, post Code, here's a look at early television, in particular the "spectaculars" that came to dominate the network airwaves in the mid-fifties, each attempting to outdo the other. Originally, all but the final page here were posted sideways to give a more spectacular feel. I have adjusted them so you don't need to tip your monitor on its side to read. You're welcome.
