Never thought of as a particularly innovative artist, here's veteran Don Perlin, probably best remembered for his later work on Marvel's WEREWOLF BY NIGHT, doing some pretty creative stuff with panels, layouts and Wally Wood-style lighting effects in a 1969 issue of Charlton's venerable THE MANY GHOSTS OF DOCTOR GRAVES.
