This elaborately drawn Harvey series sort of combines the concept of a female version of the early anti-hero version of Sub-Mariner with Alex Raymond's Flash Gordon. GCD says it's probably drawn by Harry Parkhurst, best remembered as a leading pulp cover artist of his day.
