Six years ago, when we last ran a BRADY BUNCH story here, the TV series was as ubiquitous as I LOVE LUCY or GILLIGAN'S ISLAND. It occurred to me recently that I haven't run across an episode anywhere in quite awhile. The times, they are a-changin'. Looking back, though, we'll always have these fun stories drawn by the always underrated Jose Delbo!

ReplyDeleteAlice looks more like Kathleen Freeman here - she was originally cast to play Alice, before she was dropped in favor of Ann B. Davis (previously Charmaine "Schultzy" Schultz on the Bob Cummings show).
I came back on this blog only, back at the beginning of March. Think I've only missed one day since. Spread the word, please! I've had several books out recently, I'm working behind the scenes on a number of projects for others, and I'm currently writing reviews for the FORCES OF GEEK website!
