Cannibalism, naked bums and vomit gags. Not really what one expects from the squeaky-clean Harvey Comics of the 1960s! Supposedly from Fred Rhoads who drew SAD SACK but doesn't really look like his work to me.
There was a small group of artists such as this who saw maybe worked together or saw each other a lot or simple took the same assignments, consisting of Jack O'Brien, Fred Rhoades, Sam Burlockoff, Vic Martin, Herb Rogoff and probably a few others. When one was an editor somewhere, he would often use some of the others. Or at least, that is what I conclude just by observation.
It looks more like pne of those guys who drew the Beetley Baily comics. Not Frank Roberge, but the later one. The name escapes me now.
