The Dart and Ace-Louis Cazaneuve-1941

I'm a sucker for secret societies with hooded leaders. Why, here's one now, starting off with that great splash panel and art speculated to be by the prolific Louis Cazaneuve (in spite of the fictitious "Jerry Arbo" signature circle). And pretty good art it is, too, no matter who it's by.

  1. I love the kitchen-sink approach of these early Golden Age characters. A guy called The Dart who uses a super-powerful sword instead of a dart. And a kid sidekick who whacks crooks with a baseball bat. Nice of the bad guys to toss Dart's sword into the box with him.
