I had previously tagged this Harvey CANYON tale as being by Lee Elias as per GCD but I have been informed on the best authority (Caniff's!) that it is, in fact, by Ray Bailey!

Heard from the Caniff Estate that Caniff himself cited, in writing, Ray Bailey for that story with Milt doing touchups on faces.
