GCD question marks this as being Lou Fine but I am really just not seeing it. Maybe very, very early Fine but I'm pretty sure he was already doing sharper stuff than this by this time.

The Little Rascals-David Gantz-1958
Dave Gantz had a particularly pleasing art style, something like a cross between Mike Sekowsky and Wally Wood. Here we see him on Alfalfa, Spanky, and Our Gang, who got new comics stories this late due to the revival of the old films on TV.

He Made Me Into a Robot-Bill Ely-1962
Although largely forgotten today, Bill Ely was a 25 year DC veteran already by the time this story appeared in '62. If he's remembered at all these days, it's for his long run on Rip Hunter, Time Master.
