Something was in the air in the Spring o...Hi Steve,<br />Something was in the air in the Spring of 1941 -- Tarpe Mill's Black Fury debuted in April, as well as another Black Fury in Fantastic Comics #17. The month after, this one was added to the list. Street & Smith must have become aware of this, because the next issue saw the feature become "Rex King, Adventurer".
